Arnold graduated from Green Briar Military School and moved to Shamokin in 1947.

Arnold is active in community affairs including chairman of Shamokin-Coal Township Joint Sewer Authority; Member of the Glen Parks Field Committee; Chapter member and director of the Purple and White Sportsmen Association; President of B’Nai Brith Organization; was instrumental in organizing the Midget Football League member of the Kiwanis Club of Shamokin, member of the Optimist nike air vortex black vintage boots , AspennigeriaShops , Cut in half: Nike Journey Run Review (2024) Club; member of the Northumberland Area Vo-Tech Craft Advisory USC Trojans JuJu Watkins Earns 5th Big Ten Player of the Week Award, Leads Conference Committee.
